As we look into 2012, we are very proud of what we accomplished during the last years. We performed well towards fulfilling our commitments, despite challenges faced by us, especially by weather conditions. In all of our activities, we are particularly pleased with how we held true with the core values of the corporate: safety, integrity, respect for others, customer service and achievements with a sense of urgency. We were able to forward our steps to achieve our objectives and goals, both in operation and the financial goals. Our main focus was to strengthen the distribution network to meet the future reguirements and challenges with most reliable and secure source of power.
